The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and creative Marketing Manager to oversee all areas of our marketing activity. This is an all-rounder role, blending strategy with execution. From social and email to ecommerce, events, and production. You’ll be confident managing multiple channels, have great taste, and know how to bring brand stories to life while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and commercially minded, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can demonstrate outstanding organisational skills alongside strong copywriting and content instincts.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Marketing Execution
- Oversee and manage all marketing channels – social, email, ecommerce – ensuring activity is aligned with business goals.
- Build and schedule content across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel.
- Own the marketing calendar and schedule content and stories reacting to live sales, launches, and events.
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo, owning theme, copy, scheduling, audience segmentation, and optimisation (creative support provided).
- Support &More (blog) content planning, writing, and uploads.
- Engage with our online community - responding to comments, messages, and interacting with partners and influencers.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Understand social first needs and capture engaging mobile-first content for social channels
- Plan and coordinate shoots in partnership with the Creative Lead from briefing to on-the-day execution, ensuring we capture content that works across all channels.
- Write clear, compelling copy for social, email, and campaign assets
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and report on performance across all channels, using insights to refine approach.
- Be objective driven, be able to set clear, thoughtful initiatives with clear KPIs.
- Analyse channel performance weekly, using insights to refine content and campaign strategy.
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and competitive.
Production & Events
- Coordinate the production of shoots, events, and brand activations ensuring all deliverables are planned, communicated, and executed smoothly.
- Capture BTS and live event content for social channels.
Skills Required
- A strong mix of creativity and strategic thinking - able to craft content that looks great and drives results.
- Hands-on skills in iPhone photography, videography, and basic editing.
- A knack for storytelling - knowing how to bring people on a journey through content and campaigns.
- Excellent copy and editing skills, with a brand-appropriate tone of voice
- Solid working knowledge of key social platforms, email marketing (Klaviyo), and how to get the best from them.
- Organised and methodical - able to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable tracking performance, reporting, and making data-informed decisions.
- 2+ years proven experience in a similar role.
